Onboarding with us
Here's a breakdown of the common onboarding steps with us! If you're not using insurance, we can move through the process a bit quicker. If you are, most insurances require a few extra steps, but we'll help you through it!
01
Signing Up!
Please click through our link and fill out our onboarding questions! Once we have a chance to review your answers, we'll reach out and send some of our forms. This will give us a chance to introduce ourselves, as well as do an eligibility check with your insurer.

We usually need a prescription from your pediatrician, a hearing screen, and any docs from a previous SLP if you have them!
02
Scheduling an Evaluation
Once we have your info and docs, we'll get you on the schedule for an evaluation! We need to have a baseline for your child, and our SLPs will identify the appropriate test to administer. It usually takes us 3 business days to complete documentation and your SLP will call to go over the results once that's done!

PS. If you've already had an eval in the past 6 months, we can use that to generate your Plan of Care. Please let us know and we'll walk you through the upload process.
03
Qualifying for Services
Your evaluation will determine if your child qualifies for services. If they do, then we'll need to identify if you are in need of prior authorization or not. If your insurer is a CMO (CareSource, Amerigroup, or Peach State Health Plan), then the answer to that is yes. We'll need to gather documents and get that submitted.
04
Scheduling Sessions!
Once we receive approval, we're ready to schedule sessions! Typically we will schedule your session/s at recurring time/s and day/s, so that you know what to expect week to week. We don't have cancellation fees for missed sessions, but we do ask that you let us know as early as possible if you're unable to make your scheduled session.

We do take missed sessions very seriously, and if you are unable to make sessions we will need to give up your spot to the next family that needs services.
