CF-SLP

3295 River Exchange Drive, Norcross, GA, USA

About the Role

Our CF-SLP position is fairly similar to our full time SLPs, but with supervision from a clinician. We typically adhere to ASHA supervision requirements, but usually provide additional hours of support to make sure that you're guided along in your journey instead of just being thrown into the fire.

Our CFs are paid hourly, in order for us to build your caseload intentionally versus having to force you to take on patients before you're fully up to speed. That being said, once you feel ready, our team is also happy to build you up to a caseload that will keep you busy! In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to shadow and observe our other SLPs as well as share knowledge as a group.

This position may require travel 2 days out of the week. The rest of the scheduled time will likely be in office for therapy services at our main location.

Here’s some specifics on responsibilities:

  • Caseload is 28-33

  • Evaluations

  • Therapy

  • Treatment Plans

  • Caregiver Education

  • Documentation (SOAP Notes, PAs, Etc)

  • Home Programming

Our admin support team will be billing, obtaining Prior Authorizations, and managing your schedule for you. We work as a team to try and remove as many roadblocks off your plate as we can, so that you can focus on what you do best!

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Equivalent

  • GA State PCET
