Cancellation Policy

Booking for sessions can begin as early as 1 week ahead of the desired date. For cancellations or rescheduling, please complete at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Patients must attend at least 4 sessions per month to stay on the booking list. We ask that families notify our team of travel plans at least 1 week before any planned travel in order to accommodate the pause. Failure to do so may result in being placed back into our wait list for services. Thank you!
